Fabrice Morenon

Fabrice MORENON has been Director of Public Affairs and International Development at SNCF Gares & Connexions since September 2012. He holds a PhD in Economics and is a graduate of Sciences Po Paris and Paris La Sorbonne University in Business Law. His career led him to be a trainer with local officials, technical advisor and director of cabinet in the Regional Council of Paris Region and adviser to the Minister for Relations with Parliament. Fabrice Morenon has been a city councillor in Saint-Maurice (Paris Region) since 2001. For 2 years, Fabrice Morenon has developed SNCF Gares and Connexion international activities mainly in Europe, Middle East and Asia. He advises international operators how to monetize railway station assets (location, space, retail development) to finance development and refurbishment projects. SNCF Gares &Connexions is a branch of SNCF group, world leader in mobility. SNCF Gares&Connexions is a business unit dedicated to station development and operations. We manage, (re)design and develop France’s 3,000 railway stations and provide station services to all rail transport operators.
